I have decided that I no longer want to keep my fitness information on this blog.  I have realized that part of the reason I have had problems motivating myself to post here is because I don't like the mixture of personal posts with my everyday fitness stuff.  So I've decided to move all of my finess related posts to a different blog:  Hopefully, by keeping these parts of my life separate, I will do a better job of keeping up with my daily workouts and be able to have a place to vent, think, and feel for myself.
